Indonesia ranks among the top coffee-producing countries globally, being the fourth-largest producer of coffee as of recent years.
The country is particularly known for its Robusta coffee, which accounts for approximately 80-90% of its total coffee production, with the remaining being Arabica.
The main coffee-producing regions include Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi, with Sumatra being the largest contributor, producing 70-75% of all green bean coffee in Indonesia.
Each region in Indonesia offers unique characteristics but expected notes range from earthy and spicy to fruity and floral
