La Paz
The Honduran region of La Paz is celebrated for its specialty coffee, supported by ideal growing conditions created by its altitude and climate.
With 61% of farms sitting between 3,900 and 5,200 feet, and the presence of diverse microclimates and volcanic soil, the area produces beans with unique and identifiable flavor profiles.
El Paraiso
El Paraíso is known for producing premium Arabica coffee at elevations between 1,200 and 1,700 meters. Its cool mountain climate, rich soil, and abundant rainfall provide ideal growing conditions. Local farmers emphasize sustainable and organic practices, hand-picking each bean and carefully processing them to maintain their natural sweetness and bright acidity.
