Colombian coffee has something for everyone.
From bright and fruity, to chocolatey and nutty.

Huila
Huila, Colombia is known as one of the country’s top coffee-producing regions, shaped by a deep cultural heritage and generations of skilled farming on its mountain slopes.
With rich soil, high altitudes, and ideal growing conditions, Huila offers the perfect environment for cultivating exceptional coffee cherries.

Cauca
In Cauca, coffee is grown in small plots by local farmers. Inza is one of the 34 municipalities which makes up the 93,000 hectares of coffee producing farm-land within Cauca. The high altitude, proximity to the equator and volcanic soils make this region perfect for growing high quality coffee.
The land is carefully maintained by small holder farmers usually with the plot sizes under 5 hectares. Producers here selectively harvest and process coffee as the cherries reach peak maturity, with this attention to detail producing a distinguished profile with strong notes of caramel and red fruits.

Nariño
Nariño, in Colombia’s southwest between the Andes and the Pacific, features varied microclimates, volcanic soils, and high elevations that shape its distinct coffee profiles. Coffee dominates the region’s agriculture - making up about 40% of production - and plays a key role in its economy.
Beyond the quality of the coffee, Nariño stands out for its resilient, passionate growers, whose dedication is evident in every cup and is a major reason we were drawn to this region.
